Fall Forum Funding Application: Sponsored by the Washington County 4-H Leaders Association
The Washington County 4-H Leaders Association has budgeted $500 to reimburse registration fees of eligible youth and adult volunteers attending Wisconsin 4-H Fall Forum. The amount per participant is dependent on how many people that apply for funding; however, no participant will receive more than 50% of their registration cost. Registration is $30.

Applications will be reviewed by a committee of youth and adults from the Washington County 4-H Leaders Association Board. Funding is awarded primarily on 4-H involvement. The application form must be filled out by the participant by Friday, October 22, 2021.
